Image Use Policy

BAJUX offers its customers and users the possibility to provide images, videos, and other digital content through the request by BAJUX via private message on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, email, or any other social network. Once provided by the customer/user, these can be used by BAJUX on its website, social media profiles, stories or social media content, mobile applications, or any other digital medium related to the BAJUX brand.

By providing digital content to BAJUX, the customer/user agrees to and accepts the use of the digital content by BAJUX for the aforementioned purposes.

The requested or provided content by the customer/user must display one or more BAJUX products and/or accessories.

The digital content provided by customers will be selected at the discretion of BAJUX, so BAJUX has no limitations on the publication date and is not obligated to use all the provided content. BAJUX may use text, delete and/or edit graphic materials, or delete the publication of their content at any time it deems appropriate. If the content provided to BAJUX is selected and published on any of its social networks, BAJUX agrees to tag the customer/user who provided the photograph or digital content.

On the other hand, the customer providing the digital content agrees to:

1. Read and accept the Image Use Policy established on the BAJUX website: www.bajux.com.mx.
2. Declare that they are over 18 years of age and take full responsibility for this statement.
3. Ensure that the content they provide does not display images of third parties without their prior consent.
4. Ensure that the content they provide does not display or reproduce the image of minors, except if the corresponding contents are presented and accepted by the minor's father, mother, guardian, or legal representative.
5. Ensure that the content they provide does not contain any elements that could be considered offensive or discriminatory (whether on grounds of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, political or trade union affiliation), illegal, threatening, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or indecent, or otherwise inappropriate; that they do not constitute or encourage behavior that could be considered criminal or contrary to law; that they do not contain any inappropriate or contrary to public order elements.

BAJUX expressly reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. If the customer/user does not accept or disagrees with the terms and conditions expressed in this Image Use Policy section, they should not provide images, videos, or other digital content.
