SHIPPING & RETURNS
Currently, we ship within Mexico, but we will soon be expanding to other locations. If you're in a different country and would like to place an order, please email us at info@bajux.com.mx, we’ll do our best to arrange a shipping solution for you.

We hope you love your BAJUX products as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your BAJUX product(s) free of charge within 15 days of the delivery date.
However, most of the BAJUX pieces are exclusive products that are customized before the purchase is confirmed, which means that none of the personalized BAJUX products can be returned or exchanged, and any customization cannot be modified once the order has been placed.
In cases where the customization service has not been purchased, BAJUX products can be returned at no cost within 15 days of the delivery date.
All products must be returned with their packaging, original wrapping, and customization tag. The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, washing, and/or stains. If any product, accessory, or packaging is missing, damaged, dirty, or shows obvious signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the return to ensure the integrity of the product.

At BAJUX, we take our commitment to quality very seriously, ensuring that all of our products are crafted to last and withstand the demands of all your adventures.
If your BAJUX product(s) develop a material or workmanship defect, please keep the shipping box, the BAJUX product(s), and their outer cardboard packaging.
Then, please email info@bajux.com.mx within 15 days of the delivery date to report any defects, including the order number and clear photos of the issue, so we can assist you as quickly as possible. Please ensure the email is sent from the same address used for the purchase.
Please note that product(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags still attached. To ensure product integrity, returns that do not meet these requirements will unfortunately not be accepted and refunded.
All BAJUX products are shipped from Mexico City using a secure, tracked shipping method.
Once the package has left our warehouse, the shipping carrier is responsible for it. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen during transit / upon arrival.
We kindly advise you to file a claim via the courier’s website. If they are unable to offer a solution, please contact info@bajux.com.mx after the claim has been filed, and our team will assist you.
PAYMENTS
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit Cards: Mastercard, VISA, American Express
- Apple Pay
- PayPal
Other credit cards are not accepted but can possibly be added to a PayPal account after which you can then pay your order on our website using PayPal.
If you are purchasing from our Spanish or English versions website, all payments will be handled in Mexican Pesos.
There might be several reasons for why payment for an order has failed. Please reach out to our Customer Care team by emailing info@bajux.com.mx and we will help you.
You receive an order summary in your order confirmation email after you have placed an order. You can also find your order history in your BAJUX account. If you wish to receive an invoice, please contact our Customer Care team at info@bajux.com.mx so we can send it to you.
VAT is Value Added Tax, which are the taxes paid on top of the value from the sale of products or services.
Both customers inside and outside Mexico pay VAT on their purchases. All prices displayed include VAT.
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for it to be processed. After processing, it may take up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank. The refund will be issued to the same account used for the original payment.
