Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your BAJUX products as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your BAJUX product(s) free of charge within 15 days of the delivery date.
However, most of the BAJUX pieces are exclusive products that are customized before the purchase is confirmed, which means that none of the personalized BAJUX products can be returned or exchanged, and any customization cannot be modified once the order has been placed.
In cases where the customization service has not been purchased, BAJUX products can be returned at no cost within 15 days of the delivery date.
In the event of errors on the part of BAJUX, such as sending a different item than the one purchased, incorrect size or color, customization error, manufacturing defect, or any other issue, it is necessary to keep the BAJUX products, their wrapping, packaging, and customization tag.
Additionally, you must send an email to info@bajux.com.mx within 15 days of the delivery date to report any error, writing the word "ERROR" in the subject line, and including the order number and clear photos showing the issue, so we can assist you as quickly as possible. Make sure the email is sent from the same address used for the purchase.
The email will be answered promptly, specifying a solution to the issue, arranging for the package collection, and detailing the delivery times of the correct product, which will be shipped again within 5 to 7 business days.
All products must be returned with their packaging, original wrapping, and customization tag. The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, washing, and/or stains. If any product, accessory, or packaging is missing, damaged, dirty, or shows obvious signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the return to ensure the integrity of the product.
Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted or refunded.
When a refund is accepted, we will send you a confirmation email specifying the purchase number, the email address used for the purchase, and the refund amount. Once the return arrives at our warehouse, it will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. After processing, it may take up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
