Shipping
All BAJUX products are shipped from Mexico City using a secure, tracked shipping method.
We offer free standard shipping on all personalized products orders, with no code necessary. Free standard shipping will be applied at checkout and does not include international shipping.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes. BAJUX does not offer package rerouting, pick-ups, or refunds for items shipped to hotels, warehouses, businesses, or other temporary locations.
We kindly ask that you provide a valid residential address. It is important to mention that to fulfill the delivery, the delivery address must include all complete information. BAJUX is not responsible if the user provides incorrect or incomplete information in the address or general user and delivery details
Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible once the order has been placed.
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Within Mexico, standard shipping takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on the state and city.
If you choose express delivery, your order will arrive in 1 to 3 business days.
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email with your estimated delivery date and a tracking link to monitor your shipment.

Please note that during promotional periods, order processing, shipping, and delivery times may increase due to the high volume of orders.
BAJUX only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.
In case your BAJUX order arrives incomplete or damaged as a result of shipping, please keep the BAJUX products, their wrapping, and the outer cardboard packaging. Then, kindly email info@bajux.com.mx within 5 business days of the delivery date, including clear photos of the damage, so we can assist you further.
Once the package has left our warehouse, the shipping carrier is responsible for it. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen during transit / upon arrival.
We kindly advise you to file a claim via the courier’s website. If they are unable to offer a solution, please contact info@bajux.com.mx after the claim has been filed, and our Customer Care Team will assist you.
